Responsibilities

• Partner with internal recruiting teammates and learn the craft of recruitment.
• Identify potential candidates for job openings through job boards and networking.
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Assist in updating the internal ATS to ensure smooth candidate tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• High School or Some College
