Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter & Job Fair Program Manager - Bilingual Eng/Spa. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, which include sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier candidates. The Program Manager responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing job fairs and related hiring events tailored to clients' needs. Collaboration with clients, promoting job opportunities effectively, and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing
- Experience in event coordination, program management, and planning of job fairs or hiring events
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for clear and effective communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Proficiency in excel
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Understanding of labor market trends and hiring practices
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must reside in Texas
Compensation
$55K-65K
