We are looking for a Recruiter (gn) for the commercial sector for our locations in Düsseldorf, Leipzig, and remote as soon as possible.

- €40,000 - €80,000 OTE with a top commission model (up to 25%; uncapped)

Your Responsibilities
- You approach specialists and managers: charmingly, purposefully, and using all common recruiter tools that don't end with 'copy & paste'.
- You ask the right questions, find the true strengths, and put everything into a qualification profile that doesn't sound like a standard template.
- You ensure that our job advertisements are not just online but are also found, clicked, and loved.
- If you have good ideas: share them. We listen and implement.
Your Qualifications
- Completed university degree, apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification, including relevant experience as a recruiter for specialists and managers from the commercial sector.
- You understand the basics of financial accounting (FiBu) and management accounting (BiBu) – not to book yourself, but to know what your candidates are talking about.
- Initiative is as much a part of your daily routine as coffee is to the office.
- You want to be part of a team that tackles things together and doesn't just share calendar invitations.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation inkl. einschlägiger Erfahrung als Recruiter für Fach- und Führungskräfte aus dem kaufmännischen Umfeld
- Du verstehst die Basics aus FiBu und BiBu – nicht, um selbst zu buchen, sondern um zu wissen, wovon deine Kandidaten reden
- Eigeninitiative gehört für dich dazu wie Kaffee zum Büroalltag
- Du willst Teil eines Teams sein, das gemeinsam anpackt und nicht nur gemeinsam Kalendereinladungen teilt
Responsibilities
- Du sprichst Fach- und Führungskräfte an: charmant, zielgerichtet und über alle gängigen Recruiter-Tools, die nicht bei ‚Copy & Paste‘ enden.
- Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, findest die wahren Stärken und packst alles in ein Qualifikationsprofil, das nicht nach Standard-Baukasten klingt
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Stellenanzeigen nicht nur online sind, sondern auch gefunden, geklickt und geliebt werden
