Job Title: Recruiter – Final Mile Delivery & Appliance Installation Carriers
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and onboard qualified 1099 Independent Contract Carriers for final mile delivery and appliance installation services. This is a remote opportunity working Monday through Friday, with a focus on recruiting carriers with a strong background in the transportation and delivery industry.
Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and attract qualified independent contract carriers for final mile delivery and appliance installations. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final onboarding. • Utilize ATS and tracking systems to monitor candidate progress and ensure a smooth hiring process. • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure compliance and reliability. • Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and candidate specifications. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, or delivery services. • Proven experience recruiting 1099 Independent Contract Carriers. • Strong understanding of carrier background checks and compliance requirements. • Experience using ATS and tracking systems. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
