Our partner is an established personnel service provider with 11 locations nationwide.

Your Future Responsibilities

• You recruit external employees in the commercial and technical fields.
• You inspire candidates through social media recruiting, attractive job advertisements, and active candidate outreach.
• You identify suitable candidates.
• You conduct interviews and telephone interviews.
• Development and expansion of sustainable network relationships, especially with applicants.

Your Profile

• Initial professional experience in recruiting - motivated career changers or newly trained personnel service specialists are also welcome.
• Ideally, experience in temporary employment or personnel placement.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a goal-oriented way of working.
• Confident use of MS 365, knowledge of Zvoove desirable.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
