We are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) to strengthen our team on a long-term basis, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of the entire recruiting process – from job posting to hiring
• Focus: Recruitment of truck drivers (national & international)
• Additionally: Filling commercial positions in administration and logistics
• Review and evaluation of incoming applications
• Conducting telephone interviews and personal interviews
• Requesting, checking, and tracking relevant documents (e.g., driver's licenses, qualifications, employment records)
• Coordination and support of onboarding new employees
• Close cooperation with dispatch, fleet, administration, and management
• Further development of our recruiting strategies and employer branding measures

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, ideally in the field of logistics, transport, or skilled trades
• Very good German language skills and ideally other languages (e.g., English, Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, etc.) – multilingualism is a great advantage when communicating with international drivers
• Confident, friendly demeanor and enjoyment of working with people
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills – both on the phone and in person
• Good organizational skills and an eye for the essentials
• Knowledge of labor law and contract drafting are advantageous
