Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter specializing in manufacturing to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will ensure the recruitment of skilled professionals who align with our company's standards and culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of technical recruiting, and experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to manufacturing roles across various levels
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and technical evaluations to identify top talent
• Engage in proactive sourcing through social media management, cold calling, and research to generate candidate leads
• Manage relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance on employment law compliance
• Negotiate offers and employment contracts ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations
• Coordinate onboarding processes including employee orientation and contract signing
• Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in job fairs to attract emerging talent
• Assist with succession planning and talent management strategies for long‑term organizational growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting within manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, or Paychex

Pay

• $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
