Recruiter / Marketing Associate (Full-Time)

Position

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Recruiter/Marketing Associate to join our team.

Please note: This is not a digital marketing role. The position primarily involves recruitment, outreach, and candidate engagement, including cold calling and direct communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
• Support basic marketing and outreach efforts related to hiring campaigns
• Provide regular feedback and assist in employee performance follow-ups

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an asset
