Responsibilities

• Writing appealing job postings in consultation with superiors.
• Making an initial pre-selection of incoming applications in the applicant management system "SF Recruiting" and forwarding these to the relevant departments.
• Ensuring smooth administration of future employees in all IT systems using the SuccessFactors IT system and a professional process for preparing the contract.
• Responsible for the recruitment process when taking on employees from temporary employment agencies and trainee transfers.
• Act as an expert for all IT systems and external platforms in the recruiting environment and ensure that these are used efficiently.
• Acting as a competence center and taking on corresponding sub-project tasks for the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of personnel administration or additional training as a personnel specialist.
• Personnel-specific knowledge in the areas of HR processes and HR systems.
• Professional experience and HR expertise in the respective field, combined with experience using the IT infrastructure.
• Understanding collaboration in the HR 3-pillar model.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Independent, self-reliant, reliable and service-oriented cross-functional work style.
• Social skills, empathy and teamwork.
• A likeable and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
