Responsibilities

• Writing compelling job postings in consultation with supervisors
• Making an initial selection of incoming applications in the "SF Recruiting" applicant management system and forwarding them to the relevant departments
• Ensuring smooth administration of future employees across all IT systems using the SuccessFactors system and a professional process for contract preparation
• Managing the recruitment process for the transfer of employees from temporary staffing agencies and apprentices
• Acting as an expert for all IT systems and external platforms in the recruiting environment and ensuring their efficient use
• Serving as a competence center and taking on corresponding sub-project tasks to continuously improve the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of personnel administration or additional training as a personnel specialist
• Personnel-specific knowledge in the areas of HR processes and HR systems
• Several years of relevant professional experience (depending on the required expertise)
• Professional experience and HR expertise in the respective field, combined with experience using the IT infrastructure
• Understanding collaboration in the HR 3-pillar model
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, self-reliant, reliable and service-oriented cross-functional work style
• Social skills, empathy and teamwork
• A likeable and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
