To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Junior HR Specialist (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• In this role, you will share responsibility for applicant management and handle candidate communication during phone interviews and in-person interviews
• In this role, you will create job postings tailored to specific target groups and manage their publication through relevant channels
• You will also assist in drafting contracts and references, as well as in negotiating compensation terms
• Supporting HR-related projects focused on sustainable recruitment rounds out your responsibilities

Our Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in the humanities or business administration; alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
• Initial relevant experience from internships or part-time student work in the HR field
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• You stand out for your ability to work independently, your assertiveness, and your strong communication skills, combined with a high level of self-motivation
• A professional and confident demeanor at all levels, along with strong interpersonal skills, round out your profile
