Unisite AG is a specialised service provider in the field of Employer Branding & Talent Management. We support companies from the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and life sciences industries throughout the entire recruitment process.

To support our ongoing mandates, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced recruiter to assist us in operational recruiting on a temporary basis for approximately 6–12 months:

Recruiter (m/f/d) 80–100%

Temporary 6–12 months with the prospect of extension or permanent employment

Location: Basel

Your tasks:

• Support throughout the entire recruitment process for various client mandates
• Coordination and organisation of interviews
• Creation and maintenance of candidate dossiers
• Communication with candidates throughout the entire process
• Support in active sourcing and candidate approach
• Close collaboration with the responsible consultants
• Maintenance and updating of applicant data in the ATS

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, degree, or comparable qualification
• Initial to several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Structured and reliable working style
• Confident use of common recruiting tools and ATS systems
• Communicative and service-oriented personality
• High flexibility and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English skills
