Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Recruiter to support the hiring of leadership roles across our QSR, fast casual, and fine dining concepts. This individual contributor role is responsible for executing recruitment for Crew Members, Shift Leaders, General Managers, District Managers, and Directors of Operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling challenging conversations with professionalism, while thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate hiring environment.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of restaurant leadership and crew member positions, including collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, and screening candidates for alignment with brand expectations. This role will coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process while maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The Recruiter will also build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadership talent, participate in campus program initiatives, and take on additional assignments as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Strong understanding of restaurant leadership roles and operational structures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and adapt as needed.
• Comfortable navigating different personalities, conversations, and situations.
