Your Tasks

  • You competently advise your clients throughout the entire recruiting process and understand their needs precisely.
  • You support candidates from application to interview and give them the necessary confidence for their next career step.
  • You acquire new clients and sustainably maintain existing relationships to continuously expand your portfolio.
  • You create creative job advertisements and use Active Sourcing to attract suitable talents for open positions.
  • You organize your workday independently, coordinate appointments for clients and candidates, and keep an eye on KPI targets.
  • You negotiate contracts and collaborations on an equal footing and strategically support companies in successfully filling their vacancies.

Your Prerequisites

  • Completed degree or a commercial apprenticeship with further training (e.g., Sales Specialist with federal diploma, Diploma in Business Administration HF)
  • Initial insights into the service sector are an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Fluent German language skills, good English language skills

Your work location alternates between Zurich and St. Gallen, where you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting specialists and executives.
