Your Contribution to Success

• Direct communication with applicants is a central part of your work
• Your tasks include creating employee profiles and employment contracts
• You will support administrative tasks in daily business
• The support of existing employees falls within your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for the comprehensive support of our customers and ensure that their requirements are met

What You Bring

• Ideally, you have a commercial vocational training and initial experience in applicant management or human resources
• Working with the common MS Office programs is a matter of course for you
• Strong social competence and enjoyment in dealing with customers, applicants, and employees distinguish you
• English skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
• You have a driver's license class B
