Your Daily Tasks

• Filling open positions at our client companies.
• Identifying and implementing individual customer needs (temporary staffing, direct placement, on-site, etc.).
• Conducting interviews, hiring, and supporting employees.
• Active sourcing using common research tools (Indeed, Stepstone, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Matching applicant profiles with customer requirements and accompanying them until contract signing.

Your Profile

• Professional experience as a recruiter, personnel dispatcher, branch manager, or similar (all genders).
• Enjoy working with people and have a passion for communication.
• Open, reliable demeanor and high service orientation.
• Driver's license class B is mandatory.
