Your Role

You are a dedicated Recruiter (m/f/d) and want to actively attract the right talent for exciting companies? For our client, a dynamic company, we are looking for a motivated reinforcement in temporary employment with the prospect of direct takeover.

Your Tasks

• Candidate search and approach (Active Sourcing)
• Conducting job interviews
• Creating and publishing job advertisements
• Collaboration with specialist departments
• Coordination of interviews and onboarding

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable
• Experience in recruiting or human resources desirable
• Very good German skills, English skills desirable
• Confident use of social media and recruiting tools
• Strong communication, service-oriented, and team-oriented
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enthusiasm for working with people and talents
