Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring new employees.
• Close cooperation with managers and HR business partners.
• Continuous development of recruiting strategies with the inclusion of innovative ideas (employer branding, social media, process optimization, etc.).
• You use all necessary media and channels (e.g., active sourcing, etc.) for candidate approach and develop new strategies.
• You provide consulting support for job filling and guarantee an optimal and target-group-oriented selection of recruiting strategies and instruments.

Profile

• You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or psychology, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification with demonstrable professional experience.
• You are familiar with recruiting strategies.
• You are active, creative, and motivated in generating ideas for new recruiting strategies.
• Communication in German and English (desirable) is not a problem for you.
• You have professional experience in recruiting as well as in conducting interviews with applicants.
• You have experience in active sourcing and have a high affinity for digital tools such as LinkedIn and Xing.
• You have a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and empathy.
