Recruiter (m/w/d) with a focus on Active Sourcing wanted!
Do you enjoy approaching people directly – proactively, persuasively, and accurately? Are you extroverted, a strong communicator, and do you build networks intentionally rather than just maintaining them casually? Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing on LinkedIn, XING, Indeed: Find, approach & win over talent
- Direct approach that resonates: Personal, authentic & appreciative
- Manage application processes: From initial contact to contract signing
- Contract design: Prepare/create and accompany until signing
- In-house – Onboarding: Candidates become our colleagues – because you actively bring them on board
Requirements
- Recruiting experience, ideally from personnel consulting/agency
- Active Sourcing is your craft (search logic, approach, follow-up)
- Enjoyment of onboarding, contract design, and special HR projects
- You work independently, are reliable, and simply stay on the ball
- Communication is your element – phone, messages, team exchange
- A feel for numbers and processes, and a good eye for the "big picture"

Framework Conditions

Requirements
- Recruiting-Erfahrung, idealerweise aus Personalvermittlung/Agentur
- Active Sourcing ist Ihr Handwerk (Suchlogik, Ansprache, Follow-Up)
- Spaß an Onboarding, Vertragsgestaltung und HR-Sonderprojekten
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, sind verbindlich und bleiben einfach am Ball
- Kommunikation ist Ihr Element – Telefon, Nachrichten, Austausch im Team
- Zahlen- und Prozessgespür und ein guter Blick für das „große-Ganze“
