What to Expect

  • You will advise Hiring Managers on requirement profiles, selection processes, salary determination, and the job market situation in the digital commerce environment.
  • You will develop target group-specific recruiting measures and active sourcing strategies for IT professionals, digital marketing experts, and creative roles.
  • You will use innovative sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiting, XING Active Sourcing, Social Media Recruiting, and job boards for an optimal candidate experience.
  • You will ensure the satisfaction of Hiring Managers and a positive candidate journey through structured applicant management.
  • You will actively participate in employer branding measures and provide target group-oriented input for our personnel marketing.
  • You will continuously optimize recruiting channels, campaigns, and talent acquisition strategies with the Employer Branding team.

What You Bring

  • You have a degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or Business, or a comparable education with further training in human resources.
  • You have professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or personnel marketing, ideally in the digital, e-commerce, or retail environment.
  • You possess sound knowledge in active sourcing, social media recruiting, and in using modern applicant management systems.
  • You are familiar with common job portals such as StepStone, LinkedIn, XING, and relevant recruiting KPIs for successful talent acquisition.
  • You speak fluent German and English (at least C1 level) and communicate confidently in both languages.
  • You are enthusiastic about strong service orientation, communication skills, and a structured, independent way of working.
  • You look forward to collaborating with specialist departments and bring team spirit as well as openness to HR tools and modern working methods.
