Your Responsibilities

• For your structured start to the day, you first get an overview of open positions, prioritize customer needs, and review new applications.
• In the morning, you actively approach candidates: In short telephone interviews, you check availability and suitability and convince talents of their opportunities. Up to 100 contact points are not uncommon!
• At noon, coordination and planning usually take place: You organize assignments, coordinate with specialist departments, and ensure a smooth process until the start.
• In the afternoon, you are close to the candidates: You accompany applicant days, conduct on-site interviews, and make quick decisions directly in the recruiting process.
• Even when things get difficult, you remain flexible and solution-oriented by confidently reacting to changes in planning and keeping the recruiting process running at all times.
• You make successes visible because you keep an eye on your KPIs and thus directly see the impact of your work on our entire branch business in Hanau and the Rhine-Main region!

Your Profile

• You have sound experience in volume recruiting, where you have already managed many hires in parallel (e.g., in the logistics and/or production environment).
• The coordination of large applicant volumes and the execution of many interviews in one day in various settings are not a problem for you.
• You are already proficient in working with applicant management systems, efficiently use various job portals, and manage your work based on data (e.g., Time to Hire, Conversion Rates).
• You have German language skills at level C1 because you negotiate employment contracts with candidates and communicate with customers daily.
