Your Responsibilities
- Recruiting Process Design: Independently manage the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis and channel selection to contract negotiation.
- Consulting: Close collaboration with managers to define requirement profiles and optimal staffing strategies.
- Sourcing: Identify and actively approach highly qualified specialists and managers (Active Sourcing) via various platforms and networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to attract the best talent for our company long-term.
- ATS System: Utilize modern recruiting tools and analyze key figures to continuously improve our processes.
Your Profile
- Completed business administration degree or a relevant vocational training.
- Experience in recruiting – ideally in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Strong consulting skills and the talent to support stakeholders at eye level.
- Affinity for Active Sourcing, digital recruiting tools, and innovative selection methods.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, empathy, and the ability to inspire candidates and internal partners.
- A hands-on mentality combined with an analytical and structured approach.
