Your Responsibilities

• Recruiting Process Design: Independently manage the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis and channel selection to contract negotiation.
• Consulting: Close collaboration with managers to define requirement profiles and optimal staffing strategies.
• Sourcing: Identify and actively approach highly qualified specialists and managers (Active Sourcing) via various platforms and networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pool to attract the best talent for our company long-term.
• ATS System: Utilize modern recruiting tools and analyze key figures to continuously improve our processes.

Your Profile

• Completed business administration degree or a relevant vocational training.
• Experience in recruiting – ideally in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Strong consulting skills and the talent to support stakeholders at eye level.
• Affinity for Active Sourcing, digital recruiting tools, and innovative selection methods.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, empathy, and the ability to inspire candidates and internal partners.
• A hands-on mentality combined with an analytical and structured approach.
