We are a growing company in the automotive sector and are looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated Recruiter (m/f/d) who is passionate about identifying and attracting talent for our company.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of the recruiting process
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on various channels
• Active candidate sourcing via networks such as LinkedIn or Xing
• Conducting job interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person)
• Close collaboration with specialist departments to define requirement profiles
• Maintenance and further development of our applicant management system
• Building and maintaining a talent pool
• Representing the company at trade fairs and recruiting events
• Organization and execution of school visits and outreach to junior talent
• Participation in employer branding and personnel marketing measures
• Support with general HR topics (e.g., onboarding, intranet maintenance, etc.)

Your Profile

• Practical experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Confident use of digital tools and social networks
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
