Your tasks as a Recruiter:

• Management and execution of the entire recruiting process (identification of vacancies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc.)
• Further development and optimization of recruiting processes as well as identification of new recruiting channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
• Conducting competitor and market analyses
• Onboarding: Accompanying future colleagues through the entire application process up to the first day of work
• Creation of reports (numbers, data, facts, etc.)
• Personnel marketing

What you bring:

• Professional experience in recruiting - industry experience in the service center is desirable
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing and good Turkish skills
• Willingness to travel
• You are a networker full of energy and passion.
• You are reliable, resilient, and have the talent to organize yourself.
• You are strongly interested in developing yourself in many areas (technology, tools, and methods).
