We are looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) for our client at the Halle Westf. location as part of direct placement.

Your Responsibilities as a Recruiter (m/w/d)

• Advising specialist departments on the development and implementation of recruiting strategies
• Independent management of the entire recruiting process for defined specialist departments
• Active candidate search and approach via suitable recruiting channels and social media
• Conducting competency-based interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Conducting contract negotiations, creating offers, and building a sustainable candidate network, including participation in recruiting events

Your Profile as a Recruiter (m/w/d) at the Halle (Westphalia) Location

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting
• High empathy and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of common IT tools
