About Us
As a recruiter, you are a central part of our team, bringing Eastern European specialists together with assignments throughout Germany. In this role, you combine people skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication – and support our corporate group in continuing to grow sustainably. Attract qualified employees and support them long-term – as a recruiter, you are our voice to the outside world.
Your Tasks:
- Employee acquisition – Posting job advertisements, social media recruiting, and active sourcing
- Holistic applicant management – pre-selection, (phone) interviews, contract negotiations
- Employee support – supporting our external employees in German and Hungarian, Czech, or Bulgarian languages, as well as constant contact with authorities, agencies, educational institutions, and health insurance companies
- Administration – documentation, master data maintenance, and creation of contract documents
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or several years of comparable professional experience
- Experience in recruiting is an advantage – career changers from service, sales, customer support, or comparable areas are possible
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, perseverance, and confidence on the phone
- Very good MS Office and social media skills
- Fluent German and Bulgarian, spoken and written
- Driver's license class B desirable
Our Framework Conditions:
- Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent
- Start date: Immediately
- Salary range: Monthly fixed salary (negotiable depending on experience) + team bonus
- Remote: 1 day of mobile working per week, modern equipment included
- Work location: Erfurt (Profitec GmbH)
