- Permanent position (part-time or full-time, 30-40 hours/week) with the goal of long-term cooperation

Your tasks:
- Employee acquisition – through posting job ads on social media platforms & active sourcing
- Holistic applicant management – preliminary selection of incoming applications, conducting interviews, negotiating contract terms
- Employee support – you will personally support our external staff [in the respective required language] and thus – representatively – be in constant contact with employment agencies, job placement agencies, training centers, and health insurance companies
- Administration – documentation & master data maintenance in employee files, creation of relevant hiring documents, etc.
What you should bring:
- Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in a commercial field
- Industry-specific prior experience in recruiting as well as sound expertise in AÜG (Temporary Employment Act) are essential prerequisites
- Soft skills – strong communication skills, perseverance, problem-solving ability, as well as a high affinity for telephones and service orientation
- Conscientious work style – confident use of MS Office & social media
- Fluent German & Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, Hungarian, or Romanian, both spoken and written
- Driver's license class B desirable
