Aampere is an impact‑driven startup in the e‑mobility sector. Our marketplace for used electric vehicles (EV) aims to electrify Europe. Sellers receive the best price in Europe within 48 hours through a fully digital process, and buyers gain convenient access to EVs from across the continent.

Your Mission

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process: sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offers.
  • Partner directly with the founders (CEO & Co‑Founder Flo and Founder’s Associate Benni) to prioritize roles and shape the team that will take Aampere to the next level.
  • Conduct first‑round interviews and provide solid assessments of candidate potential.
  • Design and maintain on‑boarding and off‑boarding processes, handling access, documentation, and structure.
  • Drive an AI‑first recruiting approach by independently testing tools such as Juicebox, Clay, or emerging solutions.
  • Actively shape company culture, using recruiting as the primary lever for cultural impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting or people operations, preferably in a startup or VC‑backed environment where you helped build hiring processes in an early‑stage company.
  • Strong communication skills: write compelling messages and conduct conversations that excite candidates about Aampere.
  • High ownership: need minimal guidance, enjoy hands‑on work, and take responsibility for the recruiting function.
  • Curiosity about startups, technology, and what distinguishes great teams from average ones.
  • Language proficiency: native‑level German and very good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Du verantwortest den kompletten Hiring-Prozess. Sourcing, Outreach, Interviews, Offers.
  • Sparring mit den Gründern: Du arbeitest direkt mit Flo (CEO & Co-Founder) und Benni (Founder's Associate) zusammen.
  • Erstgespräche, die zählen: Du führst First-Round-Interviews und triffst fundierte Einschätzungen.
  • On- & Offboarding: Du baust saubere Prozesse für den ersten und letzten Tag.
  • AI-First Recruiting: Du testest eigenständig, was uns schneller zu den besten Talenten bringt.
  • Kultur aktiv gestalten: Jede Einstellung formt Aampere.
