Your Responsibilities

• As a recruiter, you are responsible for the targeted identification, approach, and recruitment of managers (facility managers, nursing service managers, and other key positions) within the AZURIT Group
• Active direct approach (Active Sourcing)
• Building and maintaining a strong network within the nursing industry
• Identification and approach of top talents, especially outside of classic application channels
• Management of the entire recruiting process for management positions
• Development of innovative recruiting strategies and channels
• Conducting interviews and professional assessment of candidates
• Close collaboration with management and divisional heads

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in recruiting; industry knowledge in the healthcare or nursing sector is an advantage, but not a must
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Intuition for people and the ability to recognize potential
• Proactive, goal-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Experience in Active Sourcing (e.g., via LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
• Discretion, professionalism, and a confident demeanor
