Your Tasks

• You are the point of contact for all recruiting and HR topics
• You identify and approach candidates specifically through Facebook, Instagram, Xing, LinkedIn, etc.
• You independently manage the recruiting process and continuously search for innovative recruiting strategies
• You create job advertisements for apprentices, specialists, and management positions in collaboration with the specialist departments
• You are responsible for the analysis and selection of suitable recruiting channels and personnel marketing measures
• You coordinate and prepare job interviews, conduct telephone interviews independently, and conduct virtual and personal interviews
• You promote the development and expansion of relationships and cooperations with schools and further education providers
• You hire employees (including contract negotiation and creation, onboarding process)

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree or a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification in human resource management
• You already have professional experience in recruiting
• You have sound knowledge of current recruiting trends and methods
• You convince with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• You work independently, proactively, and results-oriented
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and common recruiting tools
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken; further foreign languages are an advantage
