About the role

About

We are looking for you as a Recruiter (m/f/d) for SelectLine Holding GmbH. You work like a recruiter in an external agency - only exclusively for us. This means: You elicit a clear requirement profile from your hiring managers, define the right search channels, actively win candidates and guide them with a strong candidate experience to the signed contract.

You are responsible for our recruiting module in Workday and our career presence on the website. Together with Marketing, you coordinate our social media presence towards candidates and actively shape our employer branding. You work closely with the HR Business Partners, who brief you from a professional perspective in the business units.

Your Tasks

Requirement Profile & Search Strategy

  • You develop a clear, sharp requirement profile together with the hiring manager - including must-haves, nice-to-haves and realistic market assessment.
  • You define the appropriate search channels for each vacancy - from job boards and active sourcing to employee recommendations and communities.
  • You act as a sparring partner for the hiring manager: You challenge profiles, provide market feedback and prioritize compromises when necessary.

Active Sourcing & Candidate Acquisition

  • You actively source via LinkedIn, XING and other relevant channels and approach candidates personally, individually and at eye level.
  • You build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring profiles and keep in touch with interesting candidates, even if no vacancy currently fits.
  • You formulate attractive job advertisements and outreach messages that fit the brand and the target group.

Pre-selection & Candidate Selection

  • You conduct structured pre-screenings (by phone or video) and check for professional, cultural, and motivational fit.
  • You present a focused selection of 3-4 final candidates to the hiring manager for each vacancy - with a clear recommendation and justification.
  • You document your selection decisions clearly in Workday and ensure an understandable, fair, and non-discriminatory evaluation.

Candidate Experience up to the Offer Letter

  • You organize interviews and coordinate all parties involved, ensuring smooth processes.
  • You are a reliable point of contact for your candidates - quick feedback, clear expectations, professional rejections.
  • You accompany the entire process up to the offer letter, including contract negotiation and handover to Onboarding/HR Operations.
  • You actively seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers and continuously develop the candidate experience.

Workday Recruiting & Career Website

  • You are responsible for our recruiting module in Workday - configuration, workflows, data quality, reporting, and further development.
  • You are responsible for our career presence on the company website: content, job advertisements, application processes, and user experience.
  • You ensure a clean integration of Workday, career page, and sourcing tools.

Employer Branding & Social Media

  • You coordinate our social media presence towards candidates - content, editorial, and in close coordination with Marketing.
  • You actively shape our employer branding: messages, formats, campaigns, employee stories.
  • You monitor the market and competition and provide impulses on how we can remain visible and attractive as an employer.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • You manage your recruiting based on data: Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire, Conversion Rates, Cost-per-Hire.
  • You derive concrete measures from the key figures and continuously develop our recruiting processes.

Your Profile

Professional

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree - e.g. Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication - or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a personnel consultancy/agency and/or as an in-house recruiter with an agency mindset.
  • Very good knowledge of active sourcing, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and XING TalentManager.
  • Experience with modern applicant management systems, ideally Workday Recruiting.
  • Confident writing of job advertisements, outreach messages and career content.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Personal

  • Hunter mentality: You actively approach talent, persevere and think in solutions rather than obstacles.
  • High consulting competence in dealing with hiring managers - you brief, challenge and steer the process.
  • Enthusiasm for people and a good feel for professional and cultural fit.
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working - even with multiple parallel searches.
  • Affinity for data, tools and processes as well as enjoyment in their further development.
  • Creativity for employer branding topics and social media content.
  • Team player with clear communication and enjoyment of close cooperation with HR Business Partners and Marketing.

What We Offer You

  • An independent recruiting role with an agency character and real creative power within a corporate group.
  • End-to-end responsibility for Workday Recruiting, career page, and employer branding.
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Marketing.
  • Attractive remuneration, flexible working hours, and hybrid working options.
