For our administration in Apensen, we are looking for you as a Recruiter (m/f/d) for a mini-job to support our team in applicant management and help recruit new colleagues for Bäcker Schrader.

Your Start

• You can start with us immediately.
• Your regular working hours are on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• During times of vacation or sick leave, the scope of hours can also be temporarily increased by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Support in recruiting and applicant management
• Review, processing, and forwarding of incoming applications
• Communication with applicants (e.g., appointment scheduling)
• Maintenance of job advertisements and applicant data
• Cooperation with administration and specialist departments

What You Bring

• Structured, reliable, and careful way of working
• Friendly, confident communication
• Interest in HR or recruiting topics
• Confident use of PC and common Office applications
• Commercial or HR-related prior experience is desirable, but not a must
