About Us

Do you know the practical day-to-day in veterinary medicine inside out, but want to switch sides and help shape the future of veterinary medicine at an administrative level? Then we need you!

As one of our colleagues is going on parental leave, we are looking for motivated support with veterinary expertise to help us operationally with recruiting for the next 9 months.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are the perfect interface: You understand what our veterinarians and veterinary technicians on-site need because you know their daily routine. You use this knowledge to ensure medical care in our network.

  • Strategic Active Sourcing & Networking: This is your main focus. You identify and proactively contact talents in specialist network groups, forums, and via social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing, Vetstage, or relevant Facebook professional groups). Ideally, you use your existing memberships and contacts in the veterinary community.
  • Authentic Direct Approach: You develop individual messages that are professionally spot-on. You speak the language of the target group and know exactly which arguments are convincing for a move to our network.
  • Support of Practices: You independently manage the recruiting needs for a portion of our practices and advise practice management on an equal footing.
  • Job Advertisement Management: You formulate and publish target-group-oriented ads on the relevant channels.
  • Applicant Management: You review documents, conduct initial pre-checks, and maintain a high level of candidate journey.

Your Profile

  • Veterinary Background: You are a former veterinarian, veterinary technician (TFA), or have otherwise worked in veterinary medicine.
  • Initial Administrative Experience: You have already gained initial experience in recruiting, human resources, or practice management.
  • Social Media Affinity: You navigate network groups confidently and know how to make digital contacts.
  • Communication Skills: You can inspire people – whether by phone, LinkedIn, or in person.
  • Structure: You work conscientiously and maintain an overview even with many different requirements.
