For a renowned, internationally successful client, we are looking for you as a dedicated Recruiter (m/f/d) to drive the entire recruiting process with passion and initiative.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Active candidate sourcing via various channels
• Conducting interviews (phone & virtual) in German and English
• Close coordination with specialist departments and hiring managers
• Building and maintaining a sustainable candidate network

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in active recruiting
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Fluent English skills (mandatory)
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
• Enjoy inspiring people and finding the right matches
