Responsibilities
- In the position of Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) in Bochum, you will be in constant contact with a wide variety of applicants from the technical field.
- You will identify highly qualified candidates via social media, job portals, recommendations, and your own network.
- The development of new recruiting strategies is also a focus.
- You will sustainably manage your network to fill future positions appropriately.
Requirements
- You have a completed university degree or a commercial apprenticeship.
- A varied role in recruiting or applicant management sparks your interest.
- You see yourself as a doer who works very operationally and enjoys topics such as active sourcing, talent management, multi-channel recruiting, and conducting qualified personal interviews.
- As a sales-oriented recruiting personality, you find it easy to approach people and build a strong network.
- You are already familiar with modern recruiting tools, such as Xing TalentManager and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.

Requirements
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im Recruiting oder Bewerbermanagement weckt dein Interesse.
- Du siehst dich als Macher:in, der/die selbst stark operativ arbeitet und Spaß an den Themen Active Sourcing, Talent Management, Multi-Channel-Recruiting und dem Führen von qualifizierten persönlichen Gesprächen hat
- Als vertriebsorientierte Recruiting-Persönlichkeit fällt es Dir leicht auf Menschen zu zugehen und hierdurch ein starkes Netzwerk aufzubauen
- Mit den modernen Recruiting Tools, z.B. dem Xing TalentManager und dem LinkedIn Recruiter, kennst Du sich bereits aus
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
