For our further growth, we are looking for reinforcement in recruiting at the Schkeuditz location. We are looking for a personality who brings fresh ideas, takes new paths in personnel acquisition, and authentically represents our company externally.

What You Bring

• Experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in retail, but not a must
• A knack for people and talents
• Enjoyment in approaching people and inspiring them for our company
• Experience with modern HR tools and recruiting platforms
• Fun with social media, new trends, and creative recruiting ideas
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team spirit
• Stress resistance and the ability to set priorities
• A structured and independent way of working
• Driver's license class B

Your Tasks

• Independent recruiting of store managers and sales staff for our stores
• Support in filling logistics and warehouse positions
• Active sourcing via platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, indeed, etc.
• Use of modern recruiting tools and AI support
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on common job portals
• Review and pre-selection of application documents
• Organization and coordination of interviews and phone screenings
• Accompanying applicants throughout the entire recruiting process
• Participation in career fairs, job events, and employer branding events
• Close collaboration with our district managers, store managers, and the recruiting team lead
