Your Role

We are looking for you as soon as possible to strengthen our HR team in Gronau as:

Recruiter (m/f/d) – Location Gronau Full-time (40 hrs./week), permanent

Responsibilities

• Management and organization of the entire application process – from publication to final candidate acceptance
• Creation, publication, and support of job advertisements
• Review of incoming applications and pre-selection of suitable candidates (m/f/d)
• Coordination of interviews and active support of selection processes
• Appreciative and transparent communication with candidates (m/f/d)
• Ensuring legally compliant, comprehensible, and efficient processes
• Close cooperation with HR Business Partners and specialist departments
• Assumption of other administrative HR tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d) or similar professional background
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in applicant management, recruiting, or talent acquisition – ideally in an industrial or production environment
• Independent, structured thinking and working style with strong communication and consulting skills
• Service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
• Interest in digital processes and modern HR instruments
• Desire to take responsibility and actively shape things
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in stakeholder management is desirable
