Your Role

We are looking to strengthen our headquarters in Weimar with a Recruiter (m/f/d) for Hungarian employees in internal services.

You can expect a varied and exciting role that allows you to contribute your own experience and ideas.

Your Tasks as Recruiter (m/f/d)

• You will recruit new employees for our services in the commercial and technical fields.
• You will manage the entire application process, from job posting to contract signing.
• You will conduct telephone interviews with interested parties, applicants, and candidates.
• You will support our Hungarian employees in a appreciative, fair, and motivating manner.
• You will be a trusted point of contact for all questions regarding employee deployment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Initial experience from the personnel services industry or another service sector (desirable).
• Commercial apprenticeship (desirable), or the willingness to start as a career changer.
• Enjoyment of telephone communication and working with people.
• Organizational talent, flexibility, and an independent and structured way of working.
• Your Hungarian language skills complete your profile.
