Your tasks – Shape recruiting with your know-how

• You identify and win suitable talents for the KPS Group through our recruiting channels
• You accompany the entire application process: from selecting suitable candidates and conducting interviews to creating contracts
• You always ensure an optimal candidate experience and are a competent contact person for our applicants
• You remain a contact person for our applicants even during their first weeks at KPS

• Your completed training in Human Resources and initial professional experience qualify you for this task
• You communicate confidently and empathetically and know how to convince others
• Your initiative and your good intuition allow you to identify suitable candidates
