Responsibilities

• Creation and publication of job advertisements (e.g. Indeed, StepStone)
• Active sourcing and direct approach of candidates
• Review and pre-selection of application documents
• Conducting telephone interviews and personal interviews
• Management and support of the entire recruiting process
• Communication with applicants and building a talent pool
• Close cooperation with clients
• Maintenance of applicant data and recruiting systems
• Support in the area of employer branding and personnel marketing

Qualifications

• Completed training as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), office communications clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable training
• Initial experience in recruiting / personnel / HR is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Structured and independent way of working
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
• High motivation and team spirit
