To strengthen our team in Ibbenbüren, we are looking for a:

Recruiter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Search for suitable specialists and managers (m/f/d) for our group in close cooperation with the respective specialist departments
• Development of a target group-specific recruiting strategy that includes active sourcing, direct approach, and building a talent pool
• Tracking current trends in personnel recruitment, selecting suitable recruiting channels, and continuously optimizing the personnel acquisition process
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on various platforms
• Conducting preliminary applicant selection and initial telephone interviews
• Organization and management of participation in career fairs
• Support in the onboarding process (e.g., through contract creation)

Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed degree with a focus on personnel or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• Experience and affinity in dealing with job and social media platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire talent for a new professional challenge
• Structured way of working and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
