We Are Looking For

Recruiter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Management of the entire recruitment process for our vacancies in the defined area of responsibility
• Definition of job requirements, creation of job advertisements, and publication on target group-specific platforms, including active outreach to suitable candidates (m/f/d)
• Review and pre-qualification of application documents and conducting interviews
• Identification, planning, and execution of target group-specific employer branding measures
• Active participation in the further development of the WITRON employer brand

Profile

• University degree, ideally with a focus on HR, or commercial training combined with further training as a certified HR specialist (m/f/d) or experience in the aforementioned field
• Professional experience in HR, ideally in recruiting
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor combined with teamwork, independent and structured working style, and organizational skills
