Responsibilities

• Recruiting national and international for vacancies with key functions
• Active search for talents via LinkedIn, direct approaches and other platforms
• Support our country organizations in the search for important key persons
• Close cooperation with regional HR Business Partners
• Build sustainable networks and relationships with talents
• Help to make our corporate culture visible externally
