Your Tasks

• Recruiting national and international for vacancies with key functions
• Active search for talent via LinkedIn, direct approaches and other platforms
• Support our country organizations in the search for important key personnel
• Close collaboration with the regional HR Business Partners
• Building sustainable networks and relationships with talent
• Helping to make our corporate culture visible externally
