We are is a factory-direct roofing materials company selling synthetic underlayment and supplies to contractors across the US at wholesale prices — the same quality as major brands, without the markup. We are growing and need a sharp recruiter to find our next sales hire.

Who we are looking for (the candidate you will recruit)

A US-based outside sales representative with direct experience selling synthetic roofing underlayment or related building materials to contractors. The ideal candidate comes from a small-to-mid-size factory-direct or wholesale underlayment supplier — not a large national distributor — where they were personally responsible for building and managing contractor accounts in a defined territory. We will share a specific target company list privately with the selected recruiter after hiring.

Ideal candidate profile

  • 2+ years in territory or outside sales — roofing underlayment or building materials
  • Experience at a direct-to-contractor or factory-direct brand (not big-box retail or large distributor)
  • Existing book of roofing contractor relationships in their territory
  • Comfortable selling on price and value — not relying on brand recognition
  • Located in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Southeast, or Midwest USA (preferred)
  • Native or near-native English speaker

Your task as recruiter

  • Receive our confidential target company list after project award
  • Search LinkedIn and other channels for matching profiles from those companies
  • Send outreach messages on our behalf and qualify interest
  • Deliver a shortlist of 5–10 qualified, interested candidates with LinkedIn profiles and a brief note on each

We handle all interviews and final hiring decisions ourselves

Requirements for the recruiter

  • Location: anywhere in the Americas time zone — USA, Canada, Honduras, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile, and similar welcome
  • Language: fluent written English is mandatory — you will be writing outreach messages to US-based professionals
  • Prior experience recruiting for sales, construction, building materials, or trades roles strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates from specific named companies on LinkedIn
