Recruiter Needed to Source PACT-Trained Couples Therapist (Colorado-Based Practice)

I am the owner of an established couples therapy practice in Colorado and am seeking an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer to help identify and engage a highly qualified clinician.

This is a targeted, niche search for a PACT‑trained (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) or strongly attachment‑based couples therapist located in (or willing to work in) Boulder or Broomfield, Colorado.

Scope of Work

• Source qualified candidates via:
  • PACT therapist directory
  • Psychology Today
  • LinkedIn
  • Relevant professional networks
• Conduct personalized outreach to potential candidates
• Pre‑screen candidates for:
  • Relevant training (PACT or equivalent)
  • Experience working with couples
  • Location / willingness to work locally
  • Level of interest
• Deliver a shortlist of 3–5 strong, vetted candidates

Success

3–5 highly qualified, PACT‑trained (or equivalent) clinicians who are genuinely interested in the role.

Ideal Candidate (You)

• Proven experience sourcing niche or hard‑to‑fill roles
• Experience recruiting therapists, clinicians, or healthcare professionals preferred
• Strong LinkedIn and Boolean search skills
• Comfortable with personalized outreach (not mass messaging)
• Able to assess quality, not just generate lists

Project Details

• Estimated 10–20 hours total
• Timeline: ~4–6 weeks
• Clear communication and progress updates expected
