Responsibilities
- Helps Genesis establish strategies to develop and maintain an in-house data base of applicants.
- Helps Genesis improve applicant flow by assisting with development of a network of potential candidates through sourcing, direct contact, and participation in industry, professional association and academic events.
- Coordinates Recruitment Manager, advertising and direct mail initiatives including letters, brochures and recruitment packets for the assigned Centers.
- Facilitates planning, attends and participates in assigned regional job fairs, career days and education seminars as needed and available.
- In conjunction with Genesis and/or Recruitment Managers, conducts wage surveys to determine competitiveness of current wages.
- Collects, analyzes, inputs and reports statistical data on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensures Genesis hiring practices are in compliance with applicable Genesis policies and procedures and state and federal employment laws.
- Participates in ongoing college and university campus visitation programs within assigned geographic region.
- Puts customer service first: ensures that customers receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the customer's needs and rights.
- Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently receive the highest quality of service.

Compliance
- Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including but not limited to those within the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act and HIPAA.
- Participates in required orientation and training programs.
- Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor, Compliance Liaison or to the Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline.
- Cooperates with monitoring and audit functions and investigations.
- Participates, as requested, in quality assurance and process improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, health care, or a related field.
- One or more years of experience with recruiting, a proven track record of positive results and demonstrated competence with recruiting Techniques.
