What awaits you

The Düsseldorf clinics of the St. Franziskus-Stiftung have a Flexpool with qualified nursing staff who are flexibly deployed on the wards to compensate for absences and relieve the on-site teams. The Flexpool serves the Augusta Hospital Düsseldorf, Krankenhaus Elbroich Düsseldorf, Marien Hospital Düsseldorf, St. Vinzenz Krankenhaus Düsseldorf, and St. Elisabeth-Hospital Meerbusch.

Your goal as a recruiter is to attract qualified nursing staff from the job market for the Flexpool.

The Flexpool employees are coordinated by the Flexbüro. You will be part of this team, which consists of a head, a coordinator, and a recruiter. The Flexbüro works closely and trustfully with nursing management and the HR department. Together, you form a dynamic team with responsible tasks, high creative power, and a clear focus on modern, reliable personnel deployment planning.

Your Tasks

• As a recruiter, you will implement effective online and offline campaigns to ensure fast and precise placement between the needs of the wards and the job market.
• Every week, you will provide fresh content and creative content on our social media channels to increase the visibility of our job market campaigns and specifically target qualified nursing staff.
• You enjoy producing short videos and authentically presenting the stories of our pool employees to the outside world.
• With your skill in conducting job interviews, you will get to know potential nursing staff comprehensively and win the best talents for the Flexpool.
• You will manage the entire application process, ensuring a smooth workflow from initial contact to hiring.

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You have sound knowledge of using social media for recruitment.
• Excellent skills in using common office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools complete your profile.
• You are able to quickly and easily build a good relationship with applicants to inspire them for the Verbund Katholischer Kliniken Düsseldorf.
• You possess excellent communication and enthusiasm skills and are able to relate to different personalities.

The Düsseldorf clinics of the St. Franziskus-Stiftung employ over 3,000 people in four hospitals (Marien Hospital Düsseldorf, Augusta Krankenhaus, St. Vinzenz-Krankenhaus, Krankenhaus Elbroich), with a total of 1,100 beds in 50 specialist clinics and centers. Approximately 150,000 inpatients and outpatients are treated annually in the facilities. The extensive range of services offered by the four hospitals is focused on specific treatment priorities.
