Recruiter (Onsite)

James River is headquartered in Ashland, VA with satellite offices in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Building a continuous pipeline for key positions within operations and sales as well as supporting other departments with their employment requirements.
• Maintain a database of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, manage applicant tracking, and support the onboarding process.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers are key.
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required.
