With our competent team of 10, we understand our clients' tasks in detail, allowing us to speak with them at eye level. Our office is located in the east of Hamburg, directly on the historic Bergedorfer Markt with a view of Bergedorfer Castle and offers our employees good accessibility by public transport or car (own garage spaces).

Your New Role

• Communication & Approach: Actively approach candidates by phone and present positions convincingly and in a target-group-oriented manner
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain sustainable communication with candidates and clients
• Process Support: Communicatively manage the entire application process - from the initial approach to successful placement

What You Should Have

• Qualification: Completed studies or comparable degree, preferably first recruiting experience, and very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Communication: Eloquent, sociable, and able to confidently assess people and their needs
• Work Ethic: Independent way of working, eager to learn with a broad perspective
• The position is also suitable for career changers.
